Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for engaging with key stakeholders, including government officials, investors, partners, and the community. 

• Establish internal communication channels and protocols to ensure effective information flow within the project team and between departments.

• Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets to ensure positive coverage and manage the project's public image. 

• Plan and execute events related to the project launch, including press conferences, stakeholder meetings, and community engagement activities. 

• Develop a crisis communication plan to handle potential issues or setbacks. 

• Develop compelling content for various platforms, including the project's website, social media channels, newsletters, and promotional materials. 

• Implement a digital marketing strategy to create awareness and engagement through social media, online advertising, and SEO.

• Monitor and analyze digital metrics to optimize communication efforts.

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity for the ZPTM Complex, ensuring all communications reflect the brand's values and objectives.

• Establish a community outreach program to engage with residents and organizations, building goodwill and support for the project.

• Implement mechanisms to gather feedback from stakeholders, media, and the public to continuously improve the communication strategy.

 

Desired Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Communications Director or similar executive role in large-scale projects.

• In-depth understanding of communication strategies, media relations, and brand management.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a strategic mindset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to analyze complex communication issues and provide effective solutions.

• Proficiency in digital marketing and communication management software.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
