Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction-related activities of the ZPTM project, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Detail the master plan, construction plan, technical designs, building constructions, and sports facilities.

• Manage and coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations and safety standards.

• Develop and implement innovative construction methodologies and best practices.

• Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports, and present updates to the executive team.

• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.

• Build and lead a high-performing construction team.

• Prepare the construction division for future ZPTM projects across the globe.

 

Desired Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Construction Director or similar executive role in large-scale construction projects.

• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a strategic mindset.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and make effective decisions.

• Familiarity with construction management software and IT systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
