Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the sports programs at ZPTM, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and goals of JT7Group.

• Oversee the management and operation of state-of-the-art sports facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of excellence and safety.

• Foster partnerships with leading sports organizations, technology providers, and educational institutions to enhance the ZPTM experience.

• Lead a team of sports professionals, including coaches, program managers, and support staff, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to deliver exceptional results.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of sports programs, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve and innovate.

• Represent JT7Group and the ZPTM project at industry events, conferences, and meetings, showcasing our commitment to excellence and innovation in sports.

• Collaborate with other departments within JT7Group to integrate sports programs with technology, education, and living components.

 

Desired Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Sports Director or in a senior leadership role within the sports industry.

• Deep understanding of sports management, including facility operations, program development, and talent scouting.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.

• Innovative mindset with a passion for exploring new trends and technologies in the sports industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
